Nbiquity was able to discern what kind of reports and data collection our program needed. Holden listened well and checked in at each stage of the project. We are very pleased with the project results which will save our program a great deal of time and money. We could not have done the data migration and report configuration with out his expertise.”

I worked with Holden Smith to build and support a system for the Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI Medical Management team. Holden's superior communication and application development skills were instrumental to the success deployment of BlueCare One. Without his expert services this project would never have been successful. I would recommend Holden without reservation for any position.

Sometimes you need to calculate the age of a record or person, in years. But a good AGE calculation will take into account any leap days. Here is a FileMaker age calculation that I use within my databases. You can substitute your "birth date" field for the "Child DOB" field referenced below.
You can also rewrite this to use a local variable for Today=Get(CurrentDate).
If ( (IsEmpty (Child DOB)); "";
( Year(Get(CurrentDate)) - Year(Child DOB) ) -
( If ( (Get(CurrentDate) ≤ Date(Month(Child DOB); Day(Child DOB); Year(Get(CurrentDate)))); 1; 0) )
)
/* This FileMaker age calculation accounts for leap years and leap days */
